2 cans organic chickpeas 1 jar pitted black olives
2 large red onion
1 bunch flat leaf parsley
1 cup organic string beans, cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon pink salt
1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Preheat oven to 325. Add all ingredients to medium bowl and toss gently. Place in pyres dish and back for 25 minutes. Store in refrigerator in glass ball jar for up to 5 days.
