Heart disease is the number one cause of death in United States killing 635,000 people every year. Heart disease kills mostly men and people who smoke along with those who are overweight, have a family history of heart attack and over 55. Quitting smoking, eating healthier diet and exercising a minimum of 30 minutes per day five days a week and maintaining a healthy weight is the way to go.
