Beet juice, if you drink too much, could possibly aggravate hypo-or hyperglycemia, but if you keep the juice content less than 2 glasses per day you should be fine. Do keep in mind that beets and beet juice can cause red urine and dark stool which some of my patients have confused with blood. No worries! This reaction is perfectly harmless.
