Sundan Seward, MS, CNS

Sundan Seward, MS, CNS is Assistant Director of Nutritional Services at Integrated Medicine and Nutrition, PC. As a Clinical Nutritionist, Sunny provides evidence-based nutritional solutions customized for his patient’s specific dietary and health needs. Mr. Seward provides nutritional counseling and dietary recommendations including herbal therapies, vitamin, mineral and dietary advice and exercise instruction.

Clinical Nutritionist and Experience: Sunny earned his master’s degree in human nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. Mr. Seward has provided health and wellness seminars throughout the local community including hosting nutritional seminars at the university levels in schools such as Pace University, Hofstra University, Rutgers University and Manhattanville College.

Health Fitness Specialist: As a personal trainer, Mr. Seward is certified by The American College of Sports Medicine (NCCA accredited), as a Health Fitness Specialist and incorporates goal-specific exercise instruction (i.e., weight loss, body-sculpting, etc.).

Firefighter/Emergency Medical Tech/Phlebotomist Tech: Mr. Seward holds several state and national certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician, Certified First Responder and the National Health Association, Certified Phlebotomist Technician. Able to “think on his feet”, Mr. Seward is not intimidated by challenging health problems. Solution-oriented, he develops novel treatment plans for his patients which are practical and get results.

Sunny is also a firefighter, several days per month, and an active member of a non-for-profit organization UGWOL Inc. (Universal Goju Way Of Life, Inc.) Within this organization, Sunny enjoys participating as a chess instructor, teaching the youth and senior citizens the “game of life” and its various cognitive benefits. Sunny also studies martial art, having practiced within the arts for over 20 years.

Sunny is an active member of Alliance of Health & Fitness Professionals and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, through which he participates in numerous community service projects, including the March of Dimes charity foundation.
