Fresh Vegetable Soup

 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

3 green zucchini, cut into half moon sections

1 package string beans, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 bunch celery, chopped

2 red onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 jars tomato paste

3 quarts organic chicken stock

1/2 teaspoon cayenne (add more to taste)

1 teaspoon pink salt (add more to taste)

 Place all ingredients into large pot and bring to boil for 3 minutes, then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes.     Store in refrigerator in glass ball jar for up to 5 days.
