Did you know that the body composition test, a test that measures how fast or slow you burn calories, and reveals what percentage of water, muscle and fat that you are made of (otherwise known as body composition) is the single best test for predicting overall quality of life and longevity? Phase angle

Phase angle measures how your cells hold energy along with the health of your cellular membranes throughout your body, and finally, how well or badly your cells manage water within and outside of your cells. This information is now known to predict cancer death and longevity potential. Using small alternating current I am able capsure phase angle, which is the way that this current bounces off your cell membranes producing a "phase shift". 

The higher your phase angle, above 8 degrees, the better your health. The lower your phase angle, for example lower than 4 degrees, then you are sick in a bad way! You may not even know it. 

"Too many people hope that their health efforts are working.
